Mental health support for Mim after military deployment
A course of EMDR therapy for Mim could change everything; the cost is $300.

After military deployment, Mim has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Gazipur Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Mim has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Mim could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Mim, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
