Mental health support for Mairead after the miscarriage
After the miscarriage, Mairead has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $1,600.

After the miscarriage, Mairead has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Limerick cost $110 each.
Mairead has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Mairead could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Mairead, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
