Mental health support for Kiprop after the loss of my brother
Kiprop is working through the loss of my brother and needs help paying for 10 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After the loss of my brother, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Machakos cost $20 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
