After a house fire, Karl has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Essen cost $60 each.
Karl has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Karl could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
