After a violent robbery, Kai has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Mobile Wellbeing Centre cost $130 each. Kai has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Kai could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Kai, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
