Mental health support for Joyce after a difficult divorce

After a difficult divorce, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Iloilo City Counselling Collective cost $20 each. I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
