Mental health support for John after military deployment
After military deployment, John has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $1,450.

After military deployment, John has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at San Jose Wellbeing Centre cost $95 each.
John has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions John could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
