After the miscarriage, Jin-ah has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Seoul Counselling Collective cost $60 each. Jin-ah has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Jin-ah could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Jin-ah, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable. Where the $750 goes: • 24 therapy sessions: $630 • Psychiatric assessment: $110 • Workbook and resources: $10 Thank you for reading my story.

  • Praying for you. I hope things turn around soon. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Quezon City.

    • Hope it all works out. Shared this with my family. I hope July is when things finally get easier
