Mental health support for Jericho after bullying at school
After bullying at school, Jericho has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $350.

After bullying at school, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Quezon City cost $15 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $350 goes:
• 24 therapy sessions: $320
• Psychiatric assessment: $20
• Workbook and resources: $10
Glad we found this place.

You're not alone, Jericho. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I went through something like this 6 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care
