Mental health support for Jackson after the miscarriage

After the miscarriage, Jackson has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Peoria cost $70 each.
Jackson has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Jackson could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
