Mental health support for Ismael after a house fire
A course of weekly cognitive behavioral therapy for Ismael could change everything; the cost is $355.

After a house fire, Ismael has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Calamba Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
Ismael has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Ismael could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Ismael, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
