Mental health support for Ishara after bullying at school
A course of family counseling for Ishara could change everything; the cost is $500.

After bullying at school, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Kandy Counselling Collective cost $10 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $500 goes:
• 12 therapy sessions: $420
• Psychiatric assessment: $55
• Workbook and resources: $25
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

stay strong, Ishara. Get well soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
Praying for you. Shared it with a few friends. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Take care!
Sending strength. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Love from Epe.
