Mental health support for Hiền after the miscarriage

After the miscarriage, Hiền has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Hồ Chí Minh City Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Hiền has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Hiền could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
