After a difficult divorce, Hassan has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Lahore cost $15 each.
Hassan has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Hassan could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
