After burnout at work, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Rawalpindi Counselling Collective cost $10 each. I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable. Where the $250 goes: • 24 therapy sessions: $200 • Psychiatric assessment: $40 • Workbook and resources: $10 Thanks for being kind about this.

Hope it all works out. This could happen to any of us. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. All the best.

    • Keep going. This could happen to any of us. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.

      • Hope things get better soon, Haris. I hope things turn around soon.
