After the miscarriage, Hannah has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Tel Aviv Counselling Collective cost $80 each. Hannah has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Hannah could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Hannah, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable. Where the $1,350 goes: • 20 therapy sessions: $1,000 • Psychiatric assessment: $320 • Workbook and resources: $30 Thank you so much.

                  • Best of luck, Yarden. Shared it with a few friends. After 7 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
