After burnout at work, Ghassan has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Toulon Counselling Collective cost $100 each.
Ghassan has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Ghassan could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
