Mental health support for Fiona after a house fire

After a house fire, Fiona has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Johannesburg Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each.
Fiona has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Fiona could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Fiona, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
