Mental health support for Festus after the miscarriage

After the miscarriage, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Epe Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
