Mental health support for Femi after a violent robbery
After a violent robbery, Femi has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $250.

After a violent robbery, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Badagry Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $250 goes:
• 24 therapy sessions: $190
• Psychiatric assessment: $40
• Workbook and resources: $20
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
Updates from Femi
