After bullying at school, Fe has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Manila cost $20 each. Fe has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Fe could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Fe, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable. Where the $265 goes: • 12 therapy sessions: $210 • Psychiatric assessment: $50 • Workbook and resources: $5 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support. - Benjamin
