Mental health support for Emmanuel after military deployment

After military deployment, Emmanuel has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Manila cost $20 each.
Emmanuel has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Emmanuel could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Emmanuel, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
