Mental health support for Dumisani after military deployment

After military deployment, Dumisani has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Cape Town cost $20 each. Dumisani has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Dumisani could afford.
