Mental health support for Declan after a difficult divorce
A course of weekly cognitive behavioral therapy for Declan could change everything; the cost is $1,600.

After a difficult divorce, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Dublin Wellbeing Centre cost $90 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $1,600 goes:
• 10 therapy sessions: $1,250
• Psychiatric assessment: $300
• Workbook and resources: $50
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Sending good thoughts, Declan. Get well soon. My neighbor in Bengaluru donated after I showed her your page. God bless
wishing you the best. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. Thinking of Dublin.
