After the miscarriage, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Petrópolis cost $30 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
