Mental health support for Christian after a difficult divorce
After a difficult divorce, Christian has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $2,150.

After a difficult divorce, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Cologne cost $70 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $2,150 goes:
• 16 therapy sessions: $1,750
• Psychiatric assessment: $330
• Workbook and resources: $70
Thanks for reading all this.

So sorry you're going through this, Christian. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. My husband and I read this together.
Can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Cologne!
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about 16 therapy sessions, advice is welcome too. I'll keep the page updated.
stay strong, Christian. Looking forward to the next update. Love from Jakarta.
Best of luck, Christian. Looking forward to the next update. Love from Kediri
Gave what I could, wish it was more. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Love from Guarulhos!
