Mental health support for Chioma after the loss of my brother
Chioma is working through the loss of my brother and needs help paying for 20 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After the loss of my brother, Chioma has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Epe Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Chioma has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Chioma could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Chioma, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Chioma
Sure. The biggest one is 20 therapy sessions, $300. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Let me know if you want more detail.
