Mental health support for Carolina after a difficult divorce

After a difficult divorce, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Coatzacoalcos Wellbeing Centre cost $25 each.
