Mental health support for Brian after a house fire

After a house fire, Brian has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Belfast Counselling Collective cost $100 each.
Brian has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Brian could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Brian, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
