Mental health support for Benjamin after burnout at work
After burnout at work, Benjamin has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $1,200.

After burnout at work, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Birmingham cost $110 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• 20 therapy sessions: $830
• Psychiatric assessment: $330
• Workbook and resources: $40
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Best of luck, Benjamin. Hope this works out for you. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Greetings from Auckland.
Good luck, Benjamin. Looking forward to the next update. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Greetings from Gujranwala
