Mental health support for Beatriz after a violent robbery

After a violent robbery, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Belo Horizonte Wellbeing Centre cost $25 each.
