Mental health support for Anna after bullying at school
A course of EMDR therapy for Anna could change everything; the cost is $1,350.

After bullying at school, Anna has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Bellevue cost $115 each.
Anna has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Anna could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Anna, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
