Mental health support for Ali after the miscarriage

After the miscarriage, Ali has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Erie Wellbeing Centre cost $95 each.
Ali has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Ali could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
