Mental health support for Addison after the death of both parents
Addison is working through the death of both parents and needs help paying for 20 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After the death of both parents, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Surrey Wellbeing Centre cost $75 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
