Mental health support for Aarón after years of caregiving

After years of caregiving, Aarón has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Tarragona Wellbeing Centre cost $85 each.
Aarón has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Aarón could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
