Megan's Hodgkin lymphoma treatment fund
Supporting Megan through Hodgkin lymphoma: medication, transport to Pretoria Cancer Centre, and living costs while She can't work.

Megan was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in June. The oncology team at Pretoria Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in September. She will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Megan is 28, worked as a bus conductor until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Pretoria Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $2,700 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,400
• Scans and lab work: $450
• Transport to Pretoria Cancer Centre: $185
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $200
• Household costs while unable to work: $465
