Mateo's path to healing - weekly cognitive behavioral therapy in Warren
After military deployment, Mateo has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $1,650.

After military deployment, Mateo has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Warren Wellbeing Centre cost $95 each.
Mateo has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Mateo could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
