A course of family counseling for Mateo could change everything; the cost is $550.

After burnout at work, Mateo has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Coatzacoalcos Counselling Collective cost $30 each.
Mateo has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Mateo could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Mateo, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
