After a violent robbery, Marta has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Móstoles Counselling Collective cost $50 each.
Marta has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Marta could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
