Mark lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at the Iloilo City Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended a specialist standing frame. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,450.
His current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Mark could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
