Mariusz needs an espresso machine and grinder to reopen a roadside café
Mariusz lost an espresso machine and grinder to a storm that collapsed the roof and needs $1,700 to reopen a roadside café and support the family.

For four years I have run a roadside café in Kraków. In April, a storm that collapsed the roof took an espresso machine and grinder. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $1,700 goes:
• Initial stock: coffee and pastries: $370
• Working capital for the first month: $140
• Replacing an espresso machine and grinder: $1,190
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

rooting for you, Mariusz. I hope things turn around soon.
Can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Kraków!
Thank you. If you're in Kraków I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Fair thing to want to know.
rooting for you, Mariusz. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't be hard on yourself for asking
I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. I hope July is when things finally get easier
