Marilyn's prostate cancer treatment fund
Marilyn is facing prostate cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Marilyn was diagnosed with prostate cancer in June. The oncology team at Bowling Green University Hospital has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in September. She will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Marilyn is 42, worked as a primary school teacher until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Bowling Green University Hospital 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Scans and lab work: $1,350
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $340
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,400
• Transport to Bowling Green University Hospital: $1,060
