After a difficult divorce, Maria has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Rome Counselling Collective cost $60 each.
Maria has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Maria could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Maria, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
