Marcus has worked and saved for four years to study an electrical engineering diploma; a $4,800 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Marcus is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at London University, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,800.
The registrar has said Marcus can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Marcus has a first-class average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Marcus would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Marcus isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the London University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
