Maple's a foreign object blocking the intestines: help with the vet bill
A senior cat named Maple needs orthopedic surgery - a $1,400 bill the family can't cover.

Maple is my senior cat of thirteen years. On 3 September we rushed to Milan Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,400.
They have stabilized Maple, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Maple is more than a pet - Maple is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $160 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Milan Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,400 goes:
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $330
• Emergency surgery: $860
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $210
