Maple Primary School needs a skate park - Senthil's neighborhood project
A community-led a skate park at Maple Primary School that will serve 390 neighbors.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 8 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Maple Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $450.
It will serve about 390 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $450 goes:
• Permits and inspections: $15
• Materials: $360
• Tools hire and delivery: $75
