Maple Park needs a playground - Alyssa's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a playground - we need $3,500 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 26 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Maple Park, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $3,500.
It will serve about 444 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in December and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

• Safety equipment and signage: $290
• Tools hire and delivery: $250
