Mango's kidney failure: help with the vet bill
A rescue greyhound named Mango needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $150 bill the family can't cover.

Mango is my rescue greyhound of six years. On 17 August we rushed to Cairo Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $150.
They have stabilized Mango, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Mango is more than a pet - Mango got me through my hardest year. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Cairo Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $150 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $20
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $75
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $55
