Madhavan received an eviction notice - help us catch up on rent
The loss of a second income left Madhavan short on rent for 4 months; help us stay in our home.

When my hours were cut in half in August, Madhavan fell 4 months behind on rent. Last Saturday a final eviction notice was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $400.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by December, the family must leave.
There are 1 children at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Madhavan has started working two part-time jobs, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
The money will be paid directly to the landlord and I'll upload the receipt once it's done.
Where the $400 goes:
• Utilities in arrears: $15
• Rent arrears (4 months): $220
• First month of rent as a buffer: $165
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. God bless.
Praying for you. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. My neighbor in Tema donated after I showed her your page. Thinking of Mumbai.
