Luís's path to healing - weekly cognitive behavioral therapy in Duque de Caxias

After the loss of my brother, Luís has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Duque de Caxias Counselling Collective cost $35 each. Luís has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Luís could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
